Bath & Body Works Nişantaşı Store Staff Provide Poor Customer Service
I am a customer who visits the Bath & Body Works store at Nişantaşı Mall in Istanbul almost every week, and I have been seriously dissatisfied with the attitude of the store employees for quite some time. The staff are generally extremely unhelpful, provide inadequate information about the products, and show very little friendliness toward customers. Almost every time I enter the store, I see employees talking or arguing among themselves instead of assisting customers.
For a store located in an area like Nişantaşı, such a low level of customer service and communication is not appropriate for the brand. In addition, the employees' English skills are inadequate. I have witnessed on numerous occasions that they struggle to communicate with foreign customers. The baskets placed in front of the store entrance are also a significant problem. They narrow the walkway and almost block one side of the entrance. When the store gets busy, customers end up trying to enter and exit through the same narrow area, creating considerable congestion and confusion.
For all of these reasons, I expect the staffing and operating practices at the Nişantaşı Mall store to be reviewed immediately, appropriate action to be taken regarding employees who are unhelpful and poor communicators, and, if possible, more knowledgeable, friendly employees who can communicate in English to be assigned to the store. I also request that the store layout, particularly the placement of the baskets near the entrance, be reorganized so that it does not obstruct customer flow.
