Barum Tires Swelled Despite No Damage—Warranty Denied Without Inspection
One of my tires started bulging on the side, even though there’s no impact, tear, or wear. The tires are still under warranty, yet the service center didn’t even inspect the issue. They immediately blamed me, saying it’s user error. I called Barum twice, waited 25 minutes each time, but never got through despite being told I was "first in line." I also emailed Barum's customer service and received no response. This is clearly a defect in the tire, not user error. I’ve used previous tires for five years, but these didn’t even last two. I now have to replace at least two tires. I demand a solution, or I’ll escalate the matter to Consumer Rights.
