Barclays Bank Online Banking Withdrawal Complaint
Between October 27 and October 29, 2025, I deposited a total of $11,045 into my account through Barclays Bank online banking. However, when I tried to withdraw this amount from my account, the transaction did not go through. The money appears as withdrawn from my account, and this is the first time I have ever experienced such an issue.
When I contacted customer service about this matter, I was told that I needed to deposit more money in order to resolve the problem. I live in Şırnak, and I completed these transactions over the phone. This situation has caused me serious financial distress.
I request that my money be returned to my account as soon as possible.
