On June 12, 2024, a foreign currency transfer was made to my account via SWIFT, either for $18,630 or $14,577.60—the exact figure depends on the transaction version. Despite having the official receipt and also paying all necessary transfer-related taxes, the funds still haven’t reached my account.
I waited patiently, especially because of the holiday period, thinking there might be a delay. But now it's been far too long, and I’ve received absolutely no update. No communication, no confirmation—nothing.
I’m frustrated and out of options. I trusted Barclays Bank to process an international transfer securely and efficiently. Yet here I am, with proof of payment and no money in my account.
I urgently request Barclays to investigate this matter, confirm the status of my transfer, and release the funds to my account immediately. I expect transparency and a prompt resolution.
