I’ve been waiting four months for a payment to arrive in my PayPal account, and Barclays Bank has yet to process it. I even have official proof of the transfer from Payoneer—including two separate receipts—yet the money is still missing from my PayPal balance.
I’ve tried reaching Barclays customer service multiple times, but I can’t get through to anyone. No one answers, no one helps, and the issue just drags on while my money hangs in limbo.
