If Barclays lost your transfer and the money hasn't come, the money doesn't just disappear.
Banks can see where the payment went and whether it was received by the beneficiary's bank or is stuck in a system in between.
Call or send a private message to Barclays right away and ask them to start a trace on the transaction. This will let them track your money through the banking network and tell you where it is.
When you call them, make sure you have the transaction information ready, like the date, amount, IBAN/SWIFT, and reference. These are needed to do a trace and make the investigation go faster.
If Barclays can't fix it or doesn't answer, file a report through Xolvie to get more attention and get it fixed.
