Barbour Wool Jacket Shedding Excessively – Denied Return Request

I purchased a wool jacket from Barbour, but it has been shedding excessively, leaving clumps of wool everywhere. I attempted to return the jacket, as this level of shedding is completely unacceptable for a premium-priced product. However, customer service dismissed my concern, stating that "this is normal because it's wool."

This response is unacceptable. A high-quality jacket should not lose large amounts of fiber just from being worn. If shedding like this is “normal,” then the product is faulty by design. I expect Barbour to honor my return request and issue a full refund for a clearly defective item. A brand with such a reputation should stand behind its quality and not ignore valid customer complaints.
