Stitching and Material Issues With My Lee Wrangler Jacket

I purchased a Lee Wrangler jacket a year ago, and it has been a complete disappointment. The stitching has started coming apart on its own, the collar has developed pilling, and stains on the fabric are impossible to remove. Worse, the inner filling has clumped together, making it uncomfortable and unsightly to wear.

This level of quality is unacceptable, and I feel let down by the brand. I request an exchange for the same jacket in an XS size immediately. As a loyal customer, I did not expect to face such issues within a year of purchase. Please address this matter promptly and resolve the inconvenience caused.
