Barbour Jacket’s Color Faded After a Week – Denied Return by Vakkorama

On November 16, 2024, I purchased a Barbour jacket from the Zorlu Vakkorama store. After wearing it just 3-4 times within a week, I noticed significant discoloration on the sleeves.
I sent the jacket for inspection, but I was told it was “user error” rather than a manufacturing defect. When I contacted customer service and the general management, I was told that nothing could be done. However, I never washed, ironed, or wiped the jacket—it started fading on its own in just a few wears!
