If Badoo charged you for a subscription that you did not authorize, you can request a refund by contacting their customer service at badoo.com/feedback.

Include your account email, the charge information, and a clear explanation of why the payment was unlawful.

Badoo normally provides refunds within 14 days after purchase, particularly if you have not used premium features.​

If you subscribed through Apple or Google Play, request a refund through their respective support channels: Apple users can visit reportaproblem.apple.com, while Google Play users can go to play.google.com.

These platforms manage billing independently, which may result in faster refund processing.​
