Unauthorized Badoo Charge – Requesting Cancellation and Refund

I have no idea what Badoo is, and I never signed up for any service with them. However, I received a message stating that ₺39.99 has been charged to my account. I want this unauthorized subscription canceled immediately and a full refund issued as soon as possible. I didn’t register for any service or account, and I’m asking Vodafone to assist in resolving this issue promptly. This charge should not have happened, and I expect a quick resolution.
