On August 23, I purchased a 1-month Premium membership in the Badoo app using my credit card and paid 19.90₺. However, since activating this subscription, I have been facing a very serious issue. Every single day, Badoo attempts to charge my card 49.90₺, sometimes once, sometimes twice. Because my card balance is not enough, the transactions do not go through, but the repeated attempts continue nonstop.
I reached out to Badoo customer support, and while they initially told me the matter would be reviewed, I never received a proper response. The situation has been ongoing for days, and it only happens with Badoo, not with any other service. I am now extremely frustrated because I feel trapped in a cycle of unauthorized payment attempts.
I demand that my Premium membership be immediately canceled, all charges permanently stopped, and my account fully deleted. For reference, my complaint is tied to “Badoo Support - 102856571” and the Gmail support chat code I already provided. This issue is causing me stress and inconvenience, and I expect Badoo to resolve it promptly and restore my peace of mind.
