Bought Badoo Premium, Got No Service and No Access

On the iOS version of Badoo, shortly after purchasing a Premium membership, my account was banned by the app — without any explanation. On November 20, 2025, I paid about $14 through my bank account linked to the App Store to get the Premium membership. But very soon after purchasing the membership, and with no rule violation or warning, my access to the account was completely blocked — and I have not been able to log in for about two hours.
My account is registered under the name Furkan u*** with the email c***[email protected]. I submitted a support request via the app, but so far I'm just being left waiting, and no clear explanation has been given to me. Getting banned immediately after buying Premium creates serious distrust and makes me feel that the site is not reliable. For that reason, I don’t want to use this site anymore.
Because I received no service at all and was unfairly blocked, I demand an immediate refund of the roughly $14 I paid for the Premium membership through the App Store.
