Badoo Banned My Account Without Warning After Purchasing Unlimited Premium

I purchased the Unlimited Premium feature on Badoo, but shortly after, my account was banned without any warning. I didn’t use offensive language or send inappropriate photos, just engaged in normal conversations. I contacted customer service via email, explaining that this must be a mistake because I’m confident I did nothing wrong. I requested proof of the violation, but they couldn’t provide any, and they refused to refund the money I spent on Unlimited Premium. I strongly advise against spending money on this app, as my experience has been deeply frustrating and unfair.
