Badoo isn’t working properly — their guidance and customer support are basically nonexistent. They don’t help through the system at all, and they also refuse to issue refunds. Even though I’ve emailed my complaint multiple times, they still haven’t provided any solution. Most of the profiles on the site are either trans, Filipino, or Malaysian.
