Badoo Premium Membership Issues – Can't Message

I purchased a Badoo premium membership, yet I’m constantly asked to buy credits or pay more to access features like messaging, even though I already paid for the membership. I can’t send messages without extra charges, which makes no sense. I’m extremely frustrated with this system. Every feature, including likes, requires additional payments. Do they think money grows on trees? I want my premium membership canceled immediately and a full refund issued to my account. This is not what I signed up for, and Badoo needs to fix this issue. Please take action and stop making everything about extra payments!
