Badoo Made an Unapproved Charge to My Credit Card
While using the Badoo app, I noticed that on December 11, 2025, a charge of 99.99 Dominican pesos was made to my credit card without my knowledge or consent. I am currently in the Dominican Republic, and I did not make this purchase. Additionally, there is no active Badoo subscription showing in my Google Play account.
I have previously used this card voluntarily for purchases, but this specific transaction was definitely not authorized by me. For this reason, I request a clear explanation of why this charge was made and a full refund of the 99.99 Dominican pesos to my credit card.
I am also concerned about the security of my card details. Therefore, I ask that all credit card information associated with my account be permanently deleted from Badoo’s systems, and that no future charges be made without my explicit consent.
