Badoo Premium Banned My Account Without Reason – I Want a Refund

Two months ago, on November 24, 2024, I purchased a Badoo Premium membership and was charged ₺199.99. I started using the service as expected, but suddenly, my account was banned for no valid reason.

I have never used offensive language or engaged in inappropriate conversations, yet my account was disabled without any explanation. It seems that Badoo can block accounts at will, without prior notice or justification.

Since I can no longer use the service I paid for, I demand a full refund immediately. If this issue is not resolved soon, I will escalate the matter further. Badoo must be held accountable for unfair bans and lost user funds.
