Badoo Charged Unauthorized Payment - No Support Contact Available

On 05.12.2025, an unauthorized payment of €6,99 was charged to my Visa card while using Badoo in Mainz, Germany. I do not have any active subscription or membership with Badoo, so this debit is not authorized by me. The last four digits of my Visa card are 2816. I tried to find a way to contact Badoo support about this issue, but I could not reach any direct contact option. Therefore, I am unable to clarify why this amount was charged. I request that this unauthorized payment be fully refunded and that my card information be removed or blocked from your system so that no further payments can be made. I also ask for written confirmation explaining how this could happen without an existing subscription or membership.
