I Face Bacioo Ban Without Using the App or Violating Rules

I registered for a new Bacioo account this morning using the email address giux**@gmail.com, and about one hour after registration, I received a ban message without having the chance to use the app even once. The message stated reasons such as suspicious proxy/VPN usage, multiple accounts, inappropriate pictures, or violation of terms and conditions, but I have not done any of these things. I have never previously created or used any other Bacioo account with my phone, email, device, or internet connection, and I did not use a proxy or VPN. I also did not upload any inappropriate photos or do anything that could knowingly violate your terms. I kindly request that my account be reviewed and that this ban be removed so I can use the app normally, as I was blocked without any actual activity or opportunity to use the service.
