My Waplog Account Was Banned
I have been using Waplog on iOS and my account linked to the email address **Traceyb***[email protected]** was banned two days ago. I am repeatedly shown a message referring to a violation of the Terms of Service, specifically item 5, whenever I try to send a message, but I have not knowingly violated any rules or engaged in any inappropriate behavior. After noticing the ban, I immediately contacted support both by email and through the in‑app chat, but I have not received any response so far. The lack of explanation and communication is very upsetting, especially as I have always tried to follow the platform’s rules. I respectfully request that my account be reviewed in detail and reactivated as soon as possible, since I believe this ban is a mistake. If there is any specific issue or misunderstanding, I would also like to receive a clear explanation so that I can address it and continue using Waplog in compliance with your Terms of Service.
