Pegasus Airlines Damaged My Baby Stroller

I traveled on a Pegasus Airlines flight from Ankara to Istanbul on 25.03.2024 at 08:30. We had informed and handed over our baby stroller to the staff to collect before the transfer. However, our Nuna brand stroller was thrown onto the ground during landing, breaking its front wheel, and returned to us damaged. We faced the risk of missing our Istanbul-Germany flight and lost time trying to file a report. Throughout our six-day European trip, we struggled without our stroller. Upon landing in Cologne, Germany, we filed a damage report for the broken stroller since it was our final destination. Subsequent correspondence revealed that spare parts for the stroller we purchased from e-baby are no longer available in Turkey. We provided all necessary documents to Pegasus. During the evaluation of our claim, Pegasus customer service offered an inadequate amount of '₺2304' based on a 2021 invoice. Pegasus refuses to acknowledge that the pricing in 2021 cannot be the same as in 2024 (baby stroller prices). We've been unable to use our stroller for thirty days, causing us distress. We're also victims of the insufficient solution offered. I cannot use my stroller, which currently has a market value of ₺25,000. Pegasus has photos of the broken stroller in their possession. I am filing a complaint against Pegasus Airlines, and my tracking number is 10263642.
