Clinique Payment Issue – Refund Still Not Processed for Unsuccessful Order

On November 5, I made a payment via Iyzico to take advantage of a Clinique promotion. The payment was processed late at night, but when I checked my Clinique account the next morning, the order was missing. Upon contacting customer service, I was told the order wasn’t created and that the payment was refunded. On November 7, I attempted to order again through Iyzico, but once more, no order was created. Assuming the issue was with Iyzico, I contacted them, and they insisted the November 7 order was processed. However, Clinique couldn’t locate this order in their system. I eventually bypassed Iyzico and successfully placed the order using my card directly, receiving the products.
Despite repeated attempts to resolve this with both Clinique and Iyzico, the ₺4422 from the November 7 failed transaction has still not been refunded. Clinique claims it’s Iyzico’s responsibility, while Iyzico insists the order was processed. I’ve spent over 20 days trying to resolve this issue, wasting valuable time. My credit card statement is due, and I shouldn’t have to pay for a product I didn’t receive. I demand an immediate refund via IBAN transfer and for both parties to resolve this internally without further delay.
