AVON Is Trying to Make an Unfair Profit Off of Me

I've been getting a ton of scary messages from Avon, a company I've never bought anything from, saying they've taken me to court. So, apparently, Avon sold what they call my debt to Company X, and now this company is messaging me. When I contacted them, they were really rude and kept saying that I have to pay them. What's the catch? I've never bought or gotten any Avon stuff. It looks like someone used my info to make orders and pick them up for me. So, apparently, this thing happened in 2020, and nobody bothered to tell me about it. This is totally not okay. It's obvious that someone has used people's personal information to trick a lot of people, and surprisingly, Avon has let this happen. I really need a solution to my problem right away. Avon needs to figure out who placed these orders and received them, so they can find out who actually owes the money. I haven't been able to get in touch with their customer service. Please, can you contact me as soon as you can?
