Avon Campaign Gifts and Perfume Not Sent Despite Eligible Order

I placed an order yesterday through an Avon representative channel. As part of the campaign, 2 surprise gifts and a perfume were supposed to be sent. However, products that were actually in stock were canceled with the explanation that they were “out of stock” due to the representative’s own mistake, and in addition, the gifts I was entitled to were not sent either. My customer number registered with Avon is 70894***. I specifically placed this order because of the campaign gifts, and I regularly shop from Avon every month with significant purchases. Despite this, I believe both I, as a customer, and the representative’s effort were treated disrespectfully. My expectation from Avon is that the 2 surprise gifts and the perfume promised within the campaign be sent to me without any additional conditions. Since no satisfactory solution has been provided so far, I request that my grievance be resolved as quickly as possible.
