Avakin Life Won’t Restore My Account After a Profile Photo Ban
My Avakin Life account was permanently banned about three years ago for using a profile photo. My username was ****ꮩ. At the time of the ban, I was logging in from Istanbul using a Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 device. The reason shown was “rule violation,” but no detailed explanation was provided.
During this period, I contacted the support team many times, but each time I was told that the ban was permanent, and my account was never reinstated. I had a VIP membership on the account and purchased a membership worth $2 on November 2, 2023. I’ve been playing Avakin Life for seven years and have spent money on the game many times.
My account has been banned for nearly three years, and I believe this duration is more than enough as a penalty. I am requesting that my account be reinstated.
