TikTok Account Wrongfully Permanently Banned Without Explanation

I had been actively using my TikTok account under the username brl_ışık25 for about 5 years. Despite never violating any rules, my account was permanently banned just one day ago without justification. No explanation was provided as to why my account was closed, and I have never made any payments or purchases on the platform.

After the ban, I tried multiple times to submit an appeal through the app, but each time I received the error message “appeal could not be sent.” As a result, none of my appeals went through. I was not given any reference number, support request code, or explanation. I used to access my account from a Redmi Note 8 device with the latest version of TikTok. I live in Erzurum, and this is the first time I have faced such a problem.

I request that my grievance be resolved, my account reinstated, and that I receive a clear explanation regarding the reason for the ban. I also ask that TikTok support contact me directly regarding this issue.
