My car, with license plate number 34NT and a 2015 model year, receives regular service at the authorized center. Despite recent major maintenance, the engine check light came on. I visited Audi Erel Authorized Service Center at 10:30 AM regarding this issue.
Initially, they diagnosed a faulty glow plug and quoted me ₺1,650 for replacement. I approved the cost at 14:34. However, upon inspection, an inexperienced staff member named B**** M****** T*** attempted the repair, causing further damage.
They proposed additional repairs costing ₺101,887 to ₺105,000 due to a broken part. Despite my insistence on restoring the car to its previous state, they left the broken part in place, claiming it would function with noise and potential further damage. Reluctantly, I agreed, only to find out that several engine parts needed replacement, costing me a total of ₺110,393.
I voiced my concerns to the service center management, but they defended their staff's training. Entrusting an inexperienced individual with such critical repairs has cost me dearly. Blaming the customer instead of acknowledging their error is unacceptable for the Audi brand and Erel Authorized Service. I demand compensation for my losses.
