Unapproved Audi A3 Maintenance At the Service With High Cost
On October 21, 2025, I took my Audi A3 to Doğuş Oto on Konya Road in Ankara for its 60,000 km maintenance. Although I was told that the service would first provide a cost estimate and get my approval before proceeding, all maintenance work was completed without my consent, and I was charged an excessive amount of ₺45,878. I absolutely do not accept the labor fee of around ₺22,000 in particular, as no work requiring such a high labor cost was performed on my vehicle. I was forced to pay this amount just to get my car back. My license plate is 06EAM042, and my invoice number is BND2025000019262. Before the maintenance, I was not given any price estimate or approval form, nor was I informed about the process. When I spoke with the service representatives, they simply said, “This is our pricing policy; there’s nothing we can do.” However, my approval should have been obtained before any work was carried out. My vehicle’s warranty expired last month, and I have no maintenance contract with them. I do not accept the pricing, especially the inflated labor cost. I request that the price be adjusted to a reasonable level and that the overcharged amount be refunded to my account immediately. Otherwise, I will file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board.
