On August 28, 2024, I purchased a brand-new Audi A3 Sportback 35 Turbo FSI 150 HP Advanced Stronic from Doğuş Oto Kartal dealership (license plate: 06 , VIN: WAUZ029439, engine no: DXD991712). The vehicle currently has 14,400 km, and all scheduled maintenance has been completed on time. The most recent service was performed at Audi Doğu Mardin (code: IE03453) on August 27, 2025.
On the morning of October 3, 2025, while driving to work, a warning appeared on the dashboard:
“Vehicle electronics: Fault! Engage P before leaving the vehicle. Please contact service.”
I called Audi Roadside Assistance, but since the Diyarbakır service center was busy, they scheduled an appointment for November 5, 2025. I then contacted the Mardin Audi Beşer Service, and they said they were available. Later that day, when I tried driving again, the same warning appeared. While heading to Mardin and stopping for fuel near Batman, a new warning appeared:
“Brake servo: Function limited. You may continue driving.”
I informed the service that I would bring the car later.
After these warnings, the vehicle began exhibiting noticeable jerking, vibration, and lack of comfort, especially at low speeds, after braking, and during gear shifts. On October 14, 2025, I took the car to Mardin Audi Beşer Service (code: IE04934) and explained that the problem might be related to the brake servo, transmission, or clutch system. However, the technician who test-drove the vehicle said no issue was detected, and no error codes appeared in the system.
I took the vehicle back, but the problems persisted.
The next day, a new symptom appeared — every time I pressed or released the brake pedal, there was a distinct “click-click” sound. I am concerned that this could lead to serious future damage to the brake, motor, or transmission systems.
Since there is no Audi service center in Batman, I am considering taking the vehicle back to Mardin or Diyarbakır, but I am struggling to convince the service technicians that the car is actually defective.
This is my first experience with Audi, and unfortunately, it has been deeply disappointing. The ongoing issues and lack of clear support have made me lose confidence in the brand, to the point that I am considering repairing and selling the car.
I sincerely request Audi’s direct intervention to ensure that the underlying issues are properly diagnosed and permanently resolved.
