I’ve been a long-time user of Atlasbet, but what happened recently has completely destroyed my trust in them. I logged into my account only to find that my entire balance had been used up—not by me, but by someone playing games I’ve never even heard of. I was suddenly logged out, and when I managed to log back in, my winnings were gone.
When I contacted support, instead of investigating or offering help, they blamed me, saying I must have played those games myself. That is a blatant lie. I didn’t authorize any of those bets, and no one else has access to my account.
It’s incredibly upsetting to be treated this way, especially after years of loyalty. If this can happen to me, it can happen to anyone. Atlasbet refused to take accountability and clearly has serious security flaws or dishonest practices.
Despite Atlasbet’s claim of being a "licensed for 11 years" betting site, they offer no real protection or accountability for users when things go wrong.
