Atlasbet Customer Service Ignored My Missing Payment

On October 18, 2025, at 2:01 a.m., I deposited ₺1,000 into my Atlasbet account using the Master bank transfer method. I did not receive any error message during the process, and despite using the automatic/quick payment option, my deposit did not appear in my account for 57 minutes.
When I contacted customer service, I was told only to “wait a bit; it might show up”, which I found extremely unprofessional. Even though I provided video and screenshot evidence of the transaction, no solution was offered.
This was my first deposit, and the experience has completely destroyed my trust in the platform. I am requesting the immediate refund of the ₺1,000 I deposited.
My Atlasbet username is 4*.
I expect this issue to be resolved urgently and my funds to be returned without further delay.
