I Face Delayed ₺3,500 Bank Transfer Deposit on 1xBet Account Despite Repeated Follow-Ups

On August 1, 2025, I made a deposit of ₺3,500 into my 1xBet account (User ID: 281944) using the fast bank transfer method. Normally, my past deposits—when similar issues occurred—were resolved within 3–5 hours at most. However, this time, it has been over five days (96 hours) since the transfer, and the funds have still not been credited to my account.

I contacted 1xBet customer support multiple times regarding this delay, but every time I received the same generic response: “Please wait.” No explanation, no progress update, and no concrete solution have been provided. My transaction was a standard deposit, not linked to any promotions, bonuses, or special conditions that might require extra verification.

I request that ₺3,500 be credited to my account immediately without further delays. This kind of prolonged inaction is unacceptable for a routine deposit, and I expect 1xBet to resolve this issue promptly to restore my trust in the platform.
