Persistent HDMI Distortion Issue with Asus Graphics Card

The image from the HDMI port appears distorted, and the color, which should be red, looks pink. After I provided photos and videos as requested, the Synergy company directed me to Asus. Despite multiple conversations and sharing visual evidence, they then referred me to their technical service. However, upon inspection, they found no issues with the graphics card. They even questioned if I was using multiple and different screens with the Asus Dual-RX6650XT-O8G graphics card. I sent it back for further examination, but once again, they couldn't identify any problems. Frustratingly, my written requests regarding the issues with the graphics card, along with the provided photos and videos, went unanswered. Their response remained consistent – there's no problem with the video card.
The Asus company is calling me, asking why I am not satisfied. What have you done for my satisfaction? What have you done about the graphics card with a faulty HDMI port (showing different colors incorrectly, like red as pink and green as gray) that I sent to the Technical Service twice? Despite my request to see the repair visually, your technical service did not comply. Even though I provided all kinds of proof with photos and videos, you still ask if I am satisfied? As you can see from the pictures, you can notice the color differences on the screen, but there is no fault, right... Asus and ServicePoint are a regret...

Asus company calls me and says why are you not satisfied? What did you do for my satisfaction? What did you do for the graphics card that ı sent to the Technical Service twice and bought a ready-made system (new) and said that the HDMI port showed a faulty color (it shows each color differently, such as red, pink, green and grey)? Even though ı requested a visual of the repair made by your technical service, you did not do this either. Even though ı have proven it to you in every way, you still ask me if ı am satisfied with the photos and video? As you can see from the pictures, you can see the color differences on the screen, but there is no malfunction, right... Asus and ServisPoint are regrets...
