My Asus Monitor Shows Faded Colors but Support Says It’s Working Normally

I’m extremely disappointed with my Asus monitor and the lack of support I've received. The screen suddenly started showing faded, dull, and lifeless colors, which was never the case before. This issue appeared out of nowhere, and I took multiple steps to troubleshoot it myself—I changed the cable, reset my computer, and tried different settings, but nothing worked.
When I contacted Asus technical support, I expected them to offer a solution or at least acknowledge the issue. Instead, they told me this was “normal behavior” for the monitor. That response is unacceptable. I’ve used this monitor long enough to know how it should perform, and this drastic change in color quality is clearly a malfunction.
As a customer who trusted the Asus brand, I feel completely ignored. I demand that Asus re-evaluate this issue seriously, admit there is a defect, and either repair or replace the faulty monitor. Faded colors are not “normal”—they are a sign of a problem. Please take responsibility and provide a real solution.
