I have been using the Arçelik A49L 8752 5S television for a long time, and I am experiencing a serious display issue. The screen displays an excessively strong blue tint, which completely ruins the viewing experience. Despite adjusting the color settings, checking HDMI connections, and even resetting the TV to factory settings, the problem persists. While researching solutions online, I discovered that hundreds of users have reported the same issue with this model. This suggests that the problem is a widespread defect, possibly related to the panel's LED backlighting or a software malfunction. Therefore, instead of simply recommending a paid panel replacement, I kindly request that Arçelik provide a permanent solution for this issue. If this model has a systematic defect, I believe your brand should take responsibility and offer a recall, free repair, or software update to ensure customer satisfaction. I expect your support on this matter and look forward to your prompt response.

We requested service from an authorized Arçelik service. When the team arrived, they stated that there was an issue with the device's LED panel and that the repair would cost 21,000 TL. Since this is an exorbitant amount, we decided that it would be more sensible to add a bit more to this amount and purchase a new television instead of repairing it. However, this situation has shaken our confidence in both the durability of your product and the cost of after-sales services. Therefore, we regret to inform you that we will not choose the Arçelik brand for our new television preference.
