Asus Zenbook 14 OLED UX3402ZA Problems with Overheating and Low-Quality Manufacturing

265

My Asus Zenbook 14 OLED UX3402ZA runs at 60 degrees Celsius in idle mode on normal fan settings, and the temperature spikes to 95-100 degrees when running programs. The build quality is extremely poor—the screen hinge creaks, and pressing on the chassis produces strange noises. The service center refuses to cover these issues under warranty. I chose Asus, believing in its quality, but I regret my decision. You're better off getting a MacBook; at least their customer service treats you with respect.
