Asus & UPS Service Failure

In the technical service application I made on 9/10/2023, it was stated that my device would be picked up from my address within 48 hours. However, no one came to collect it. After 48 hours had passed, I contacted UPS and learned that the registration had not been initiated. I needed to have it registered urgently, with the expectation of receiving it the next day. However, there was no specific time frame provided. I was informed that it would be delivered by 6:30 PM. I waited at my office even after it closed, but no one arrived. Both Asus and UPS customer services operate until 5 p.m. on weekdays. In summary, I would advise against purchasing a business computer from Asus, as I have experienced a significant delay in technical support, which may hinder work for up to a month. Furthermore, if you plan to have items collected from your address by UPS, do not expect a UPS courier to arrive at your workplace after 6:30 PM for several days. UPS courier reservation code: 5891644. Tracking number: 1Z069V2F6803206421. It seems that Asus has not effectively coordinated with UPS, possibly because they do not consider the cargo service to be an integral part of the technical support process, and they do not seem to take full responsibility for it. If Asus does not offer service outside of Istanbul and Ankara in Turkey, they should treat the cargo issue more seriously. Alternatively, perhaps I should not have made the purchase in the first place.

By calling UPS customer services in the morning, I learned that my courier request was canceled. I registered a complaint and requested a courier again. I also talked to Asus Turkey technical service, SMS intercomm customer service. Finally, in the afternoon, the UPS officer arrived. There was no sign on him indicating that he was a cargo officer. He rotated the parcel he took in his hand a few times. He asked, "Where will the message go after a record has been created?" He just looked at the address. Then he turned and left. Aren't you going to give this unreliable person anything at the door such as a receipt, document, receipt, code, SMS, system confirmation that you received the package from my house? I asked. He said that I could only see it when they entered the registration when they returned to the branch in the evening. When I didn't get a reasonable response, I asked him to leave the package. Within minutes, a system email arrived stating that the customer refused to deliver the package. In the meantime, I am contacting UPS Customer Services. He told me that they had opened a new record and that we should call them when the courier arrived shortly, and they would give the assurance/confirmation of receipt. When I saw the system email, I called again. I learned that the record I had just opened was canceled, the service record at Asus was also canceled, and I had to register for repair from the beginning. And everything is postponed until next week, if the courier comes. How can I be expected to deliver $35,000 worth of devices that I don't understand, with no record of receipt? While a record can be entered into the system saying it was not received and the email is being sent, why isn't an email protecting the customer saying it was delivered from the address? I regret buying an Asus device.
