UPS Cargo Promised for Urgent Delivery Still Undelivered

On 23.11.2023, I had a cargo that needed to be delivered from Istanbul to Antalya very urgently, so we wanted to use the UPS company's fast shipping service. We delivered our cargo to the Istanbul sisli branch and paid the specified service fee to the branch. Although it was promised that our cargo would be delivered on 24.11.2023 at 12.00 noon, our cargo was still not delivered to us as of 24.11.2023 - 17.49 hours. When we try to reach the UPS Antalya branch, the phones are directed to central customer service and the customer representative says that our cargo was last transferred from Istanbul to Antalya and does not have more information. Should I complain that this UPS company cannot deliver the cargo at the promised time, should I complain that the cargo that I need to reach today and that I need urgently, should I complain that I cannot reach any branch of this company called UPS, should I be directed to customer service while trying to reach the branches and never get information, should I complain that there is no current cargo information in the cargo tracking system on the website? As of this hour, this UPS company has seriously victimized me, and I have collected my evidence about the relevant service and contacted my lawyer to apply to the Consumer Courts. I would like to appeal to friends who are considering using this cargo from here but who browse the complaints beforehand. Never and never even think of getting service from this cargo.
