About 15 days after purchasing the Asus 27" TUF Gaming VG279QL3A monitor from Vatan Computer for ₺7,300, I started experiencing dead pixels and screen darkening issues. I contacted Vatan Computer, and they submitted a replacement request to Asus. However, Asus rejected the request. The product was repaired once, but the same problem persists. I am experiencing significant inconvenience since the monitor developed faults in such a short time and the repair did not solve the issue. My invoice number is CNK2025000022263, and I am requesting a refund to resolve this matter.
