Asus TUF Gaming VG279QM Monitor Warranty Issue



I have an Asus TUF Gaming VG279QM monitor with the serial number MCLMQS062144. I purchased it from Amazon, but I'm unable to log into my Amazon account to retrieve the invoice. Asus support and Amazon have both stated that they are unable to assist due to the absence of an invoice. Is there a warranty for this product in your records like everyone else? I'm also having some issues with the display flickering and appearing blurry when using a 280Hz refresh rate through DisplayPort. I need help and I'm asking for something to be done.
A complaint notification was made on 25.04.2024, and 7 days have passed since then. Today is 01.05.2024, and there has still been no response. Does a well-established company like Asus not have even one staff member who can provide a response within 7 days?
