Asus Technical Service And After-Sales Support for Tuf 550M- Plus Gaming Wi-Fi 2 Motherboard

My Asus tuf 550M- Plus Gaming Wi-Fi 2 mother card, which I bought from Amazon, was faulty. When I first sent it for repair, it was giving a warning that the graphics card (GPU) was faulty, but my graphics card is working. Asus authorized service could not find any fault on the motherboard after the repair, they reset the software and returned it to me. After working for a short time, the Bios warning light came on. After troubleshooting, I saw that the faulty equipment was the CPU, not the Bios, and that my Ryzen 7 5800x processor was broken. I bought a new processor Ryzen 7 5700x and installed it on my Asus tuf 550M card that came from repair. After working for a week or two, one day my computer did not turn on at all. When I checked, I detected a short circuit in the upper left corner of the motherboard, where the processor supply cable is connected. I sent the motherboard back for repair. This time, the company shared a photo saying that the problem was caused by the customer and that foreign matter was detected on the product. I was told that I would have to pay a higher price than the price of the product and pay for the repair. I have been working as an electrical technician in a corporate beverage company for years and I have electronics knowledge. The foreign substance in question can be nothing other than Arctic-mx4 thermal paste and has no conductivity. It cannot cause a malfunction on the motherboard. It is impossible for any other foreign matter to get into my computer case. All my parts are new and are assembled and disassembled taking into account the conditions of use. My Asus tuf 550M motherboard could not correctly warn of any errors that actually occurred, and in addition, it broke my processor. Although I insisted on replacing the card every time I sent it for repair, the company did not repair my defective card and did not send me a new motherboard, but sent me the defective card via pre-paid cargo. My perspective on Asus company and its products has completely changed in the face of the problem I experienced. Currently, my computer is running smoothly with the same motherboard from MSI. During this time, I was really saddened by the value Asus's technical service department gave to its business and customers, and it made me suffer as much as the cost of a new processor and a motherboard. I request that my grievance be remedied.
