Asus Rog Strix G513RM Laptop Repeated Repairs and Lack of Resolution

For the second time, I sent my Asus Rog Strix G513RM laptop from the renowned Rog Strix series to the service center. The wireless card and Bluetooth were discovered to be faulty during the first repair, prompting me to send it in for repairs. They replaced the faulty wireless card and sent it back to me. However, the same problem reappeared. The Bluetooth connection is non-existent, and the wireless connection frequently drops, as if it doesn't exist at all. According to the service center, the device lacks a Bluetooth module. Furthermore, there is a noticeable delay of 3-5 seconds before the characters appear on the screen when typing on the keyboard. The device clearly has an input problem. Because the same issue persisted despite the previous repair, I requested a replacement with a superior or equivalent model. Asus, however, has decided to repair it again, much to my dismay. Receiving the same faulty product back from the service center is disheartening. My expectation is that the problem will be solved by replacing the laptop with a comparable or better model.
