I Got No Support From Asus After Return Period Expired



On July 30, I ordered a refurbished Asus Rog Strix g713rw-kh095 from idefix under the order number IDE66a8b0bcccd67. The product, delivered by the Lugo store, arrived in good shape, and I began using it immediately. However, when I attempted to register the product for warranty through MyAsus and upload the invoice, I received a message indicating that it had already been uploaded. After further investigation, I discovered that the product had only three months of warranty remaining. I contacted Asus customer support, but they kept me waiting with no response, and the return period has since expired. I've been left in a frustrating predicament, with no help from Asus. If you're thinking about trying this brand, beware—you might wind up in the same situation as me.
