ASUS ROG GA403 Laptop Keeps Crashing With BSOD Errors

I am using an Asus GA403 HX370 ROG laptop, and for about one week, I have been experiencing serious stability problems. While using Photoshop or DaVinci, I frequently get Photoshop GPU errors, and then the system crashes with BSOD errors such as ACPI_BIOS_ERROR and VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE. These crashes have occurred around 10 times within this short period. Due to the severity and recurrence of the problem, I have already sent the laptop to the Asus service center three times. Despite these repeated service attempts, the same errors continue, and the issue has not been resolved in a permanent and reliable way, which has made the device unusable for my work. At this point, because the problem persists after multiple service interventions and the laptop is not stable under normal use with Photoshop and DaVinci, I request either a full refund or a replacement device that works properly and does not produce these errors.

"I am sharing the situation as of today, November 11. Vatan says that they do not have the model in stock, but they have a display product available. They say they can give it to me if I accept it. I did not accept it as a return or a display product. As my legal right, I requested an exact replacement, and if it's not in stock, an upgrade to a higher model. We communicated this to Vatan Computer via email. The manufacturer, Acer, did not accept this. The authorized service gives a legal decision for replacement in the RMA report, yet Acer does not accept it. When I emailed the authorized place, they told me to discuss it with your seller, the importer Index company. In other words, they are all avoiding responsibility and stalling through each other. Since these issues were not resolved, I have applied to the Consumer Arbitration Committee and the Consumer Court today. I believe that the court will decide for an exact replacement. From now on, the court will be the party to deal with, and I will provide updates as the situation develops."
