Asus ProArt Display PA27AC Defective Monitor



I am very unhappy with my Asus ProArt Display PA27AC monitor purchase. I couldn't get any display when connecting it to my computer since the day I got it. When I connected the computer to a TV, however, I got a clear display, indicating that the problem is with the monitor itself. It's worth noting that my computer is from the Asus VivoBook series, so there should be no problems with compatibility. I sent the product to the service center via courier, and they returned the ostensibly unused, brand-new monitor to me with significant damage (deep scratches on the back panel). Furthermore, the issue remained unresolved. I promptly notified Asus customer service of the situation, providing them with photos and videos as proof, and stated unequivocally that I refused to accept the damaged product. Now I'm waiting for their response.
