Asus Excessive Repair Costs Raise Concerns About Customer Loyalty and Fair Practices

My guaranteed product, which originally cost 2000 TL, is now incurring an additional charge of 2500 TL for repairs. This has happened two to three times already, and I'm starting to wonder if Asus officials are aware of the unfair profit-oriented behavior of their service providers. Due to this issue, I have decided not to purchase Asus products for myself anymore, and I'm also not recommending them to my friends and acquaintances. I firmly believe that one customer can bring in a thousand more, but one customer can also deter a thousand potential buyers. I hope the Asus authorities take note of this feedback and address this issue promptly.
