Aspiegel Limited Dublin Charges Card Repeatedly Despite Subscription Cancellation

I started a VIP membership—listed as belonging to Aspiegel Limited Dublin—on May 12, 2026, through the Huawei Health app paired with my Huawei GT4 watch, because it was advertised as free for the first month. Three to four days after starting the membership, well before the first month ended, I canceled my subscription through the app. Despite this, charges continued to be billed regularly to the same card.

When I check my payment history, I see an initial charge of $0 on May 12, 2026, followed by a charge of $4 on May 18, 2026, with a total of approximately $12 charged to date. Continuing to process these payments after I canceled my membership is both misleading and unfair.

There is no clear channel within the app to submit an appeal, request support, access live chat, or reach customer service, nor is there a phone hotline available. Because of this, I cannot resolve the issue directly with the company.

I demand a full refund of all amounts charged to my card after signing up for the VIP membership advertised as free for the first month, along with an immediate end to these unauthorized charges. Furthermore, I request that subscription cancellation and billing procedures be clearly outlined through a transparent and accessible communication channel.
