FaceAI Charged Me for a Yearly Subscription Without Clear Warning
Thinking that FaceAI was only offering a free trial version, I entered the mobile application on Tuesday, 05/12/2026, at around 4:30 PM. However, without seeing any clear or obvious warning, I was automatically charged approximately $26 for an annual subscription fee.
This payment was processed through an Apple subscription. As soon as I noticed the transaction, I immediately canceled the subscription. Despite canceling it right away, the charge was still reflected on my mobile phone bill. I believe that while entering the application, there was not enough clear and attention-grabbing information regarding the annual subscription fee and the automatic payment collection.
I request a full refund of the approximately $26 annual subscription fee charged through the Faceal application and the related Apple subscription process, and I also demand that my subscription be completely terminated.
