Huawei Health Keeps Charging Me for a Subscription I Cannot Find or Cancel

I am using a Huawei Watch GT6 Pro together with the Huawei Health application, and for the last 2 months an ongoing Huawei Health subscription has been charged to my bank card, but I cannot find or cancel this subscription in the app. Although I am being charged through my bank card, there is no visible subscription or cancel option that I can see in Huawei Health, so I am unable to manage or stop these payments myself. Since I do not know exactly which subscription it is and cannot see it in the system, I feel stuck and cannot prevent further charges. I request that this invisible Huawei Health subscription linked to my Huawei Watch GT6 Pro and my bank card be immediately identified and cancelled, and that no further payments be taken without my explicit consent. I also ask for clear information on how this subscription was started and how I can see and manage such subscriptions in the future.
